Entire Home Renovation | Gymea Bay
This property was transformed from a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home into a functional 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence through a thoughtful internal reconfiguration. Works included removing the wall between the kitchen and living area to create a spacious open-plan layout, improving natural light, flow, and overall liveability.
The project also involved upgrading the external façade, installing new privacy fencing, and concreting the driveway, significantly enhancing the home’s street appeal and functionality.
